Code of Ethics
Independent Care Health Plan’s Code of Ethics is really easy to remember:
It’s in the name – “I CARE!” That code is based on fundamental values
including worth, dignity, and the uniqueness of all persons,
as well as their rights and opportunities. Independent Care’s code guides
employee conduct in situations that have ethical implications, and it’s
strictly followed. In fact, every
iCare
employee is requested to review and sign this Code of Ethics upon hire with
the company, and a signed copy is kept on file. Employees’ ethical behavior
begins with a personal commitment to
