Sorry, you do not qualify for the iCare health plan.
In order to qualify for the iCare Healh plan you must check yes to all of the questions above. If you are at least 19 years of age, live in Milwaukee County, and receive Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or SSI related benefits, you are eligible for the program. Medicare beneficiaries or those enrolled in a Medicare HMO are also eligible, as long as you receive Medicaid or SSI benefits.
