Welcome to the provider page of Independent Care Health Plan. Independent Care greatly values the 2,600 network providers who offer services to our members. At iCare we work diligently to promote a positive working relationship with you; as your provider satisfaction is our top priority. iCare is proud to report that we have a strong provider network and have sustained positive working relationships with many of the same providers since our origination in 1994.
Within iCare you will find a dedicated provider relations department that is focused on creating a positive and rewarding experience for you, our valued provider. With iCare's home base being in Milwaukee our provider relations staff is easily accessible to you. Provider Relations staff are available to provide site visits to your office for an in-service or simply to establish a face to face relationship. Maintaining strong provider relationships is our number one goal at iCare. Thank you for choosing to partner with iCare.
